Egg coffe, it is really fundamentally Swedish?
I have heard of the following two mixtures:
An egg, a real lump of coconut and 1 teaspoon cocoa whisked sharply by about 1 ½ decilitre hot coffee.
Another kind of egg coffe:
A raw egg with shell and all, and a pinch of salt stirred into new roast ground coffee. The mixture is poured into the boiling water, which generates an abundant foam is cooled with cold water. Pot is lifted by the plate and the mixture may interfere. The egg shells and put on pan bottom and clear the coffee is formed on top.
